I keep forgetting that I made this blog, I really do need to do more with it and be more successful with swatching and gaining more followers. I just don't feel like I'm good enough to get this thing going.
What's the best way to take swatching pics? My phone camera is horrible and I don't have a reliable camera yet, but working on it. I've heard of people making light boxes, anyone know the best tutorial for it?
I've been entering a lot of polish blog contests lately, and won one! Something told me to check my other inbox and the first email in there was letting me know I won! I never win ANYTHING but won an Aly's Dream Polish a while back and now one from a Polish Insomnia giveaway! I can't wait for them to come in so I can swatch and post them on here.

New Polish!
Had a pretty crappy day today but it ended up getting better. Jason surprised me with a mall trip (he hates going to the mall, so it was nice to go and walk around and get out of the house for a while) and before we left he stopped in Sephora since he saw polish in the window display.
After going through all of the nail polishes there he found a few polishes he liked. I didn't think we were going to get any but he ended up getting me 3 of the feathered ones.
I almost cried in the store because I've been wanting them but not wanting to spend the money on them and he picked them out himself so it makes them that much more special for me. I can't wait to try them out!

First Post
I've been wanting to make my own blog for a while but have always been scared to and still kinda am so I hope I don't bomb doing this.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this a success, please let me know!
I'm super excited that I entered a nail polish giveaway on Facebook and was notified that I won!
